Intrigued by the peaceful ambiance of a stunning central patio and a refreshing pool, my family felt right at home. The breakfast buffet offered an array of quality dishes, and the Mariachi music was a delightful surprise. Though we faced a room check-in delay, the attentive staff quickly turned our visit into a memorable one. We’ll definitely return!

The hotel boasts a fantastic central patio, featuring stunning trees and a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for relaxation. A unique touch includes a traditional Mexican-style kiosk in the courtyard where guests can enjoy live Mariachi music during special events, adding a vibrant atmosphere tailored for families.

Though the hotel has a lot to offer, I found some minor quirks that could be improved. The room's coffee maker lacked supplies, and there was a stinginess in towels that could use some attention. Also, the layout can be confusing. some areas feel a bit dated, which could benefit from better signage or a refresh. Not majorly problematic, but definitely noticeable for those who care about these details.

Family with children enjoyable experience

At the hotel, the breakfast was something else, with a wide array of choices… I mean, I was shocked by the quality of the juices, especially that guanabana they had-trust me, give it a shot! Plus, there was this superb waiter named Carlos. He would not let your glass run dry-just the kind of service you want when you're trying to relax.

Let’s be honest here, it wasn't cheap, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

Breakfast had a variety of delicious options with quality ingredients. Our Standard Double Room with Two Double Beds and Pool View included a flat-screen TV, private bathroom, and free toiletries.

The central patio is beautiful, but my room was unclean and outdated.
